About me

I live near Auburn, CA in the foothills of California’s mountains where the oaks meet the pines. I live here with my wife, two kids, cat, dog and a beautiful community of friends and family. In this beautiful landscape we try to spend our time enjoying the rivers, playing chase in the garden, making music and gathering with friends around a fire.

To summarize what I offer with Inner Strength Healing, is a guide to self inquiry. By self inquiry, I mean turning our lens of awareness inwards and compassionately exploring the beliefs we hold about ourselves and the world. With influences from Buddhism, Jungian Psychology, parts work, Shamanism and others; the approach I take is that we have an inherent inner wisdom and strength. Our ability to live in alignment with that  inner wisdom can get dampened as we grow and navigate the World. Through self inquiry and connection with the natural world, we can reconnect with that inner light and create a life brimming with Joy.

I am very active in men’s work through the Mankind Project. In my own experience, I have seen the struggle of moving into parenthood and parenting of neuro-diverse children. Although I do not offer any “parenting teaching” myself, I am very passionate about working with parents on an emotional and spiritual level to allow kids to flourish and thrive.

I am currently working on rites of passage work for fathers.
