• Depth Hypnosis is a framework of self inquiry that incorporates Buddhist psychology, Shamanism, hypnotherapy and transpersonal psychology. It offers a deep level of healing by getting to the root of emotional and energetic patterns in our lives. We can view any obstacle or challenge in our lives through a lens of the physical, emotional and spiritual levels. Depth Hypnosis has a strong focus on benign self lead by taking into account an individual's path to healing and their own sense of self healing.

In a series of 1:1 sessions, you will identify areas in your life that you want to change and explore the root cause. Then offer healing in a unique and highly individualistic way that brings more harmony into your life. Through the use of guided visualizations and altered state consciousness (NOT through plant medicine), the level of healing is deeper than anything else I have encountered.

This modality can be catered towards working on specific issues in your life such as addiction, depression, anxiety, stress at work, difficulty in relationships, physical issues (such as migraines, fatigue, GI issues, etc) or anyone that wants a general sense of more wellbeing.

  • I guide others in discovering their purpose, in a way taught by the True Purpose Institute. There are dozens of methods to discover and manifest your purpose. Many of which use an "indirect" process of looking backwards and deciding what your purpose is, based on experiences in your life. I guide others in a much more valuable and insightful opportunity to go within oneself and let their purpose be revealed to them.

Through a series of 1:1 sessions you will find ways to discover your purpose, validate that is true to you, create a vision of the life you want and develop a plan to manifest your purpose. During this whole process you will also be deepening your connection with your intuition.

This modality is helpful for anyone that wants to bring more meaning, purpose, fulfillment and joy into their lives. Often those experiencing depression, anxiety or uncertainty in their lives benefit greatly from discovering their purpose. While highly valuable for those in high status or leadership roles, finding your purpose can also be extremely helpful in your life as a parent, partner or whatever title you might use for yourself.

  • The transition to parenthood is likely the biggest overnight change we can experience. One day you are not a parent, the next day you are. For many of us, the changes can include everything from social groups, sleep schedule (if you get any), financial responsibility, intimacy with your partner, time for oneself, household obligations and countless more.

But how is the transition, this monumental change in your life, acknowledged and celebrated? Maybe some loved ones drop meals off or offer to come hold the baby so you can sleep. Is that enough to prime ourselves to this new stage of life?

The skillset and emotional coping tools that a family requires is vastly different from what is needed and expected in your life up to that point. So all of a sudden how we are expected to show up in the world changes…literally overnight. Maybe the arrival of the baby is celebrated, perhaps the strength and resilience of the parents is honored. Does that truly offer what you need, so you can welcome this life into the world?

On top of all this, what if there are health complications for child or parent, neuro-diversity, financial challenges, disabilities or family complications?

There are countless parenting books, podcasts, specialists and plenty of unsolicited advice. But what information were you given about how this change transforms your life personally? What part of yourself did you have to sacrifice to become a parent? What wounds from your own childhood are uncovered?

I have found that exploring our deepest challenges as a parent, opens a vast sea of opportunity for healing for ourselves and our family. Allowing us to show up for our family, from a place of authenticity, grace and presence.

I do not offer “parenting coaching” but I do work with parents in a way to curate healing for their deepest needs. It might start with Depth Hypnosis or purpose work, but might involve other elements of self inquiry and healing ceremonies. This is generally offered 1:1 but can be done in a group format, or taken through one of the parenthood series.

  • The use of sacred medicine, whether it is plant medicine or synthetic, can provide tremendously deep insights and healing. I have found different medicines are helpful in different circumstances.

In today's culture, there is no shortage of medicine ceremonies all with a lot of talk around preparation and integration. Personally, I have found that true preparation and integration is insufficient and deeply lacking. I have also found that very few people are talking about psychic/energetic safety during the journey. At Inner Strength Healing, we take the approach that a sacred medicine ceremony is a tool to be used along your path. It does not provide the healing itself but helps remove obstacles and invites you to open to a deeper level of yourself.

If we are really clear on our work beforehand (the preparation), we can work on deeper and bigger obstacles.

The more focus on the path afterwards (the integration) the more likely the insights will yield lasting change.

It is not hard to have a “life-changing experience” with sacred medicine. Inner Strength Healing can help integrate the shift into a deeper level.

Currently offering preparation and integration guidance.

  • I also offer a general approach of self inquiry. Influenced by many teachers, we might explore areas that have hints of Buddhism, Jungian Psychology, Dream Interpretation, parts work and Shamanism.

This approach is a dynamic, evolving process that can take many shapes.
